Delivery Timelines
At DivineWest, we aim to provide prompt delivery for all our products. Our regular size orders are made to order and typically ship within 14 business days, with a maximum shipping timeframe of 20 business days. For our prime products that are in stock, we ensure next-day shipping following your order placement.
We also work diligently to reduce fulfillment times for our custom orders. Once we confirm all details, including measurements, we generally dispatch made-to-measure orders within 3-4 weeks and bespoke orders within 4-6 weeks.

World Wide Delivery
DivineWest offers worldwide shipping, with exceptions for Russia, Brazil, Israel, and countries under OFAC sanctions. We are unable to ship to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address in the destination country for delivery.
Courier Service
To ensure our customers receive premium delivery service, DivineWest partners with top-tier courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, and TNT for all shipments. We retain the discretion to select the most efficient courier option to guarantee your products arrive promptly and securely.
APO/PO Box Addresses
For your safety and security, we do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO box addresses.
Order Confirmation: After receiving your payment, we will send you an order confirmation email.
Shipping and Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment using this tracking number. If your order is held by the courier for any reason or if a delivery attempt is made when you are not available, you must contact the courier company directly. We advise keeping in touch with the courier service once you have the tracking information. Please note that if the courier makes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned or destroyed, and DivineWest will not be held accountable.
Combined Shipments: If you place multiple orders shipping to the same address, we may consolidate them into one shipment to optimize and reduce the delivery time.
Address Changes: Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to reschedule or redirect the delivery, please contact the courier company directly to make any necessary arrangements.
