Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction comes first. You have 30 days to return or exchange an item.

After we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 24 hours. If approved for an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement using our standard delivery timeline which is 5 - 10 working days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account. We’ll email you once your return is complete.

Returns & Exchanges:

Personalized/customized items: not returnable or exchangeable.

Condition for returns: all items (including any free gifts) must be unused, unwrinkled, undamaged, and resellable, and include the packing slip.

Inspection: if a return doesn’t meet these rules, we may refuse the return or refund.

Wrong or defective item: Contact us via chat support or contact form within 3 working days of delivery.

Custom Orders:

Fit & alterations: We aim to get it right the first time. If the fit isn’t perfect, your first alteration is free.

Refunds:  Despite our best efforts we are unable to process a refunds on custom orders because each piece is made to your chosen style, material, and accessories, and we cannot resell it.

Cancellations: You can cancel within 3 days of placing the order (send your request through our Live Chat Support or Contact page).

After dispatch/customs: once shipped or under customs clearance, cancellation isn’t possible. In this case please accept the parcel and arrange a return instead.

Order Acceptance & Payment

  • Price checks: we verify prices during processing.
  • If the correct price is lower, we’ll refund the difference.
  • If the correct price is higher, we’ll contact you for instructions or cancel the order and let you know.
  • We are not obligated to fulfill orders at incorrect (lower) prices.
  • Service rights: we may decline service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
